This manual represents one of the most detailed studies of commando fighting techniques ever undertaken. The authors, Jim Wilson and Paul Evans are both highly skilled in the art of contest karate. In addition , Paul Evans is an Ex-Physical Training Instructor of the Royal Marine Commandos. Both authors are to be commended for dedicating themselves wholeheartedly to producing such a comprehensive manual , illustrated in the clearest possible manner. This manual illustrates techniques that are similar to those used in the Royal Marines and in my opinion offers an excellent guide to those wishing to learn those techniques.
