Évaluation du vendeur 5 sur 5 étoiles
Soft cover. Etat : Good. 1st Edition. Ron Clarke Talks Track By Ron Clarke. Publisher:Tafnews, 1972, first edition. VERY SCARCE. Good softback, stapled booklet, binding firm, no inscriptions, covers are rubbed with some creasing and edge-wear, some of the writing is worn away from back cover, bookseller's stamp inside front cover, pages very good, a little creasing. 111 pages, illustrated. Clarke was a distance runner who criticized runners who raced in the "Comfort Zone" and never reached their potential. He believed that runners who got comfortable never got out of it, even if it was only by half a second per lap. He also said that pain is something runners learn to live with, and that he was able to get into a rhythm when he was very tired. ALL PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK. All books are sent with free courier postage within New Zealand. N° de réf. du vendeur ABE-1733290053140
