Synopsis
In the later 20's and early 30's there was an influx of Russian-born Jewish people to Peru. They were young people leaving the hard times in the old country after WWI, but found that in Peru they towns were just as small as the ones they had left and the people just as poor. But they assimilated to the new and managed to create something unique which was one moment in history that happened to taste awfully good.
