Bô Yin Râ counsels us to mentally practice the "art of dying" as a meditative practice to

prepare for the transition from physical to spiritual existence. The goal is to constantly orient one's thinking, emotions and desires toward transformation of the self, in order to be able to receive the spiritual help that will be available to us after death.
