Elizabeth E. Blair is a doctoral candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a cochair of the Harvard Educational Review. She is also a researcher for an NSF-funded study on teaching, learning, and gender dynamics in undergraduate engineering programs, serves as a thesis adviser for the Harvard College Department of Women and Gender Studies, and is the senior resident tutor for Adams House at Harvard College.

Rebecca B. Miller is a doctoral candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the manuscripts editor of the Harvard Educational Review.

Mara Casey Tieken is a doctoral candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a cochair of the Harvard Educational Review.
