The author of these 196 pages was a newspaperman in Regina, Edmonton and Calgary from 1930 to 1955 or so. Travel for that vocation allowed him to gather these memories. Text assisted by section of b/w photos at center. Author has signed the title page. Cond : Boards are blue with black lettering. White end-papers. D.J. photo shows locomotive 2834 labouring through a prairie winter landscape. Binding sound. Colours bright. Clean. Light edge wear, esp ro d.j. edge. Some cover rubbing. No creases nor marks.
