C D Minni was born in Bagnoli del Trigno, Isernia (Italy), in 1942. He emigrated as a child to Canada and grew up in vancouver. From 1977 to 1980 he served as critic-at-large for The Canadian Author and Bookman and has also been reviewing for The Vancouver Sun. Other Selves is his first collection of short stories.
