John Winkler has spent more than 30 years bushwhacking through the Adirondacks. These breathtaking views of the Park are not seen from the roads or trails that crisscross the area. This beautifully illustrated volume with over 115 color photos, sketches by John Wiley, as well as poems by C. W. Uschman, gives a new perspective to this great wilderness. The author has done a superb job capturing the ruggedness of these mountains.
