Synopsis

Studies in the Age of Chaucer is the annual yearbook of the New Chaucer Society, publishing articles on the writing of Chaucer and his contemporaries, their antecedents and successors, and their intellectual and social contexts. Michelle Karnes, associate professor of English at the University of Notre Dame, is the author of Imagination, Meditation, and Cognition in the Middle Ages.



Misty Schieberle is Associate Professor of English at the University of Kansas and the author of Feminized Counsel and the Literature of Advice in England, 1380-1500 (Brepols, 2014).
