Hardcover. Etat : Very Good +. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good +. A nice copy showing only minimal corner wear on the bottom. The dust jacket has a short tear bottom rear and faded spine (every one I have seen is faded). Clean, tight and bright! This book is a biography and selection of Grace Stone Coates' life and poetry. A good old girl from Martinsdale, MT, on the east slope of the mountains just before the great plains of eastern MT, who published with Caxton Press. Her books (Mead and Mangel-Wurzel; Portulacas in the Wheat, and Black Cherries) are scarce and costly. A little known but vivid poet. N° de réf. du vendeur 8464

Hardcover. Etat : Near Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Near Fine. 1st Edition. Light plum colored boards, with dustjacket, in near fine condition. Dj has minor nicks at the top spine area, and spine appears to have sun fading of color from plum to a very consistent light green. Possibly this is due to the paper quality as this title is to some degree self-published. This is a well preserved copy. Exterior shines as new, clean and square. Interior is very clean, tight and appears as new. Author's signature on title page. From the dedication page: "I have found peace, walking the quiet hills; quick release, from the truculent ways of men.". Signed by Author(s). N° de réf. du vendeur 000494
