Présentation de l'éditeur

This is the book that the author could never have written as a young man. A book based on a lifetime of experience and observation, it sets down in a wonderfully ordered fashion the Baron's training principles. Covering the philosophy of training, biomechanics, what he calls the language of touch, and the rider's technique; there is a clear and detailed explanation of the movements and exercises in this progressive training program. The text is enhanced with clear line drawings by Tina Hutton, and with each movement described under the headings of : description, purpose and effect, do, don't, it's gone wrong when...and you can prevent it by..., this is one treasure and a gift from a true master of horsemanship.
