Harmon J. Eyre, M.D. is Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President for Research and Cancer Control at the American Cancer Society headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Eyre is a former president of the American Cancer Society, and has been an ACS volunteer for more than 25 years. He also served as a medical oncologist at the University of Utah, and has been recognized for his service to numerous professional societies government groups, and voluntary health agencies in the United States and abroad.
