Biographie de l'auteur

Jacki Passmore is the author of several successful books on Asian cooking. She lived for over a decade in Hong Kong, where--her journalistic work for a Hong Kong newspaper and international magazines led to a career as, a food consultant, teacher and writer. Her extensive travels in Asia have not only increased her knowledge of the different culinary traditions, but also expanded her understanding of the history and cultures which molded them.
