Etat de la jaquette : Good. 1st Edition. 2002 reprint (3rd printing), 522pp, copiously illustrated with charts & diagrams within the text and including 2 sections of colour plates and a fold-out appendix chart to the rear (not creased). A Good+ copy with browning/foxing to endpapers, title page & contents page along with some spotting to text block edges. The text & plates remain clean & unmarked throughout and the binding firm (some moderate reading use indicated). The red cloth boards have some hints of wear to the gilt-stamped spine but very little trace of use to the covers. The dust wrapper is browned & foxed to the verso but the exterior remains in pleasing condition with just a trace of edge-wear to crown of spine and only light surface rubbing.
