Synopsis
This non-fiction book has been censored by the government since it was first manufactured, in an earlier version ("Minus One is Forgery"), some years ago. Now, apparently, the censorship is about to be removed. Amongst other things, it concerns forged documents that were made by staff in a British university. The police confirmed they had forged documents but a prosecution was not started. The situation was then blacked out, censored, by the government. The author puts a number of questions to the authorities.
