Soft cover. Etat : Very Good. 1st Edition. All very good indeed/near fine. The sepia illustrated strong card covers are very good indeed. Bright and clean and with no shelf wear. There is a crease on bottom back corner of the DJ. Does not distract. Not price clipped. Original retail price on the back. The 317 pages of the book are bright and clean and the spine is tight. Pristine fold out map at the back. Many old black and white photos with a lovely picture of the Parish Church in Wadhurst. Being sold by a long established UK bookseller ie., not a mass lister; which infers, that this book is just as described and with no nasty surprises. Light to post within the UK.
