General Editor Alon Kaplan is chairman of the Israel branch of STEP, a member of the STEP Council and of its Development and International Committees, and an academician of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. A trust specialist, he has advised the Israeli Tax Authority on trust legislation. He has a law firm in Tel Aviv with a branch office in Germany and a representative office in New York.
