Biographie de l'auteur

Dr James Oliver is a practising GP based in Cornwall, UK. He has been teaching Buteyko both privately and within the NHS since 1999. His particular interest is in the theoretical basis for the Buteyko technique on which he has lectured extensively and he currently holds the presidency of the Buteyko Breathing Association. The co-author, Janet Brindley, is a medical scientist and teacher. As a lifelong asthmatic, her own experiences with the benefits of Buteyko have made her a keen advocate for the technique. Since 1998, Janet has been teaching Buteyko to people with breathing problems.
