Adaptive Actions (AA) operates as a think tank, generating various platforms to induce change in the urban environment. The Adaptive Actions book is a collection of actions either created by participants or recorded by them as "actors". The aim of this project is to document different forms of urban appropriation and promote discussion on this subject, to create a "collective imaginary" of urban life/fabric, which empowers citizens at a micropolitical level. Identifying the variety of these personal and found alterations in the city as different forms of adaptation creates a vocabulary for the expression of the collective imagination, through the existing urban structures therein.
