À propos de l?auteur

Tom Taylor is a project manager with over thirty years in the front line of projects. This booklet is based on his experience of selecting project managers from all sides as an employer, advising clients and in bidding for commissions - as a judge, organiser, observer and contestant. Much of this exposure took place while a Director of Buro Four - a successful, independent, project management organisation whose support has been instrumental in putting this booklet together. Tom is a strong supporter of project, programme and portfolio management; he has been actively involved with Association for Project Management (APM), as Chairman from 2004 to 2006 and now as a Vice President. In 2007 he received the President's Medal for his contributions. He is principal of dashdot - a management consultancy.
