Biographie de l'auteur

Kevin Horak known as Wolfie to his friends is a British author and entrepreneur based in the middleart of England.

He worked as a front line Close Protection operative for over 20 years and ran his own successful bodyguarding business for over 17 years achieving considerable recognition domestically and internationally along the way.

He was responsible for some hundreds of private sector security operations including working with Royal families, the corporate sector, the entertainment business and working with grade A celebrities.

He made the decision in early 2016 that he wished to retire from the Close/Executive Protection business to concentrate on his other business interests. He has written two versions of his Close Protection book The New Bodyguard that has sold worldwide.

In 2006 he set up his hugely successful record label A Wolf At Your Door a rock and punk imprint that focused on home grown artists. The label was behind launching the careers of successful artists such as Mallory Knox, Deaf Havana and Lower Than Atlantis to name a few. In the middle part of 2016 he made the decision along with retiring from the Close Protection business to bring the label to a close and he sold it to a much larger independent label. He wanted to focus upon writing and developing his other business interets.

Now days and free of the restraint from working in the private security sector he writes humorous accounts of everyday life. His comedy book "Gym W*anker - A Foolproof Guide To Gym Excellence is laughs a plenty and described by comedian Russell Kane as "A Very Funny Book, Howling Laughing".

He works very closely with his Fiancé professional model Chilli Chapel helping manage her career and her business. (chillichapel.com)
