Synopsis

This easy to follow Hatha yoga class has been created by leading yoga professional Sue Fuller. It has been devised to advance some of the postures taught in the Yoga 2 Hear Beginners Yoga Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 classes and to introduce a number of other postures not previously featured in the series. Beginners Yoga, Volume 3, is a 60 minute class that begins with a short guided relaxation to prepare the body and focus the mind. The class continues with 19 postures, including Snake, Extended Triangle, The Cobbler and Warrior 2. The class then concludes with a longer guided relaxation. The class instructions are combined with relaxing background music that sets a mood perfect for yoga. The CD is accompanied by a yoga guide book that includes reference photos for each yoga posture and provides useful information on how to get the most from the class. Both the CD packaging and Guide Book are made from 100% recycled materials.
