Lawrence U. Ekeh is an Accountant and a trained Diplomat with Master's Degress in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster where the ideas surrounding technology transfer to developing countries sparked off. Most importantly he is a Technology Transfer Consultant and operate from both developing countries and from London.
