John R Childress is Managing Partner of The Principia Group, a senior executive advisory practice focusing on strategy execution, corporate culture and performance improvement. With over 35 years of experience with senior executive teams in numerous industries, John brings best practices into a synthesis of sage advice for the CEO and business leader facing the daunting task of strategy execution. In 1978 John cofounded The Senn-Delaney Leadership Group, the first international consulting firm to focus exclusively on culture change, leadership development and senior team alignment. Between 1978 an 2000 he served as its President and CEO. His work with senior leadership teams has included companies in crisis (Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant), deregulated industries (telecoms, natural gas pipelines), mergers and acquisitions, and classic business turnaround scenarios with global Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 businesses. He has designed and conducted strategy and leadership workshops in the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, China and Asia.
