After surviving kidnapping and sustained abuse at the hands of a deranged psychotic ex-boyfriend, Life has returned to a semblance of normality for wealthy entrepreneur Natasha Curland and her family. Despite the physical damage she has sustained, the love of her Husband Neil and the needs of her two young children have helped her to close off the horror of the past and concentrate on the future. Unfortunately for the Curland family, Natasha and Neil’s risqué, somewhat seedy past see’s their future inextricably linked with the machinations of powerful nations, greedy corporations, and political kingmakers. When a terrorist bomb narrowly misses destroying her entire family, Natasha must search within herself to find the answer why influential people want her dead. Natasha’s own wealthy connections in the United States will not be able to help her this time for fear of deadly reprisals; however the Curland’s luck changes when they meet a member of the Israeli Secret Service. Adiel Zeev furnishes them with crucial intelligence and agrees to join them in a struggle against a mutual foe. The Curland’s have a few weapons in their arsenal. On top of their considerable self-made wealth, Neil is ex British Forces, he is also a lifelong ‘biker’, giving him access to a worldwide network of willing and able ‘brothers’ whose loyalty cannot be bought and sold. The darkest of situations are frequently lifted by the natural humor of the ‘Brothers in arms’ with the ‘graveyard’ banter between members of the biker fraternity sometimes unexpected, inappropriate, but always appreciated. In a desperate attempt to keep Natasha alive, the group breaks off into two, one traveling to Bahrain as an expeditionary force with a mission to locate and apprehend the mastermind behind the plot, the other; consisting of Neil, Natasha, and the Mossad Captain Adiel Zeev travel to the country of Natasha’s birth; Italy, in an attempt to locate the ‘smoking gun’ that links the innocent girl to a ruthless narcissistic terrorist chief. Once again they find themselves calling on the incredible ‘biker bond’ in an attempt to secure safe passage across the Alps from southern France into northern Italy. The beauty and tranquility of what is perhaps the most breath-taking scenery in Europe will be torn asunder when professional hit-men hired to kill Natasha come head to head with the group of ‘outlaw’ bikers, led by the charismatic Moss, an ex-SAS member, sworn to risk his own life for Natasha and Neil for no other reason than because he gave his word. Death and carnage line the route which Natasha takes on her road to discover the secret behind her importance, the reason why she must die. With the evidence secured, the three must find a way to re-join the main group and present the evidence to people with the power to use it. The enemy is determined and globally entrenched, but the bikers are clever, and possess a feral cunning which the enemy completely underestimates. Not content to be a passenger in her own life anymore, Natasha seizes the initiative, and reveals a strength and determination hitherto unseen by her peers. When the action migrates to the foothills of the Pakistani Himalayas, expect carnage on a biblical scale as cultures and countries, princes and peasants collide in a convoluted struggle towards Natasha's final retribution.

Nick Boyland grew up on a British army Garrison in Western Germany. He restored and built his first motorcycle at the tender age of 16; a Triumph tiger Cub. Lapping in the valves on his dressing table, using grinding compound he made himself from toothpaste and emery cloth, and re-winding the alternator with copper wire scavenged from old transformers. The Amal carburetor; scavenged from an old BSA Bantam, had the jets braised up and drilled out on the patio with a 12 volt drill until the mixture was, 'just right'. Nick developed a strong empathy with old British motorbikes which saw him, as a young man, riding a hard tailed, Tribsa (Triumph/BSA) hybrid Chopper, across much of mainland Europe. He enjoyed the hospitality of numerous European bike clubs, in his extensive travels, which brought the adventures and experiences he interlaces into his fiction. Somewhere along the way, Nick graduated from ‘Motorcyclist’ to ‘Biker’. Now living in rural Somerset with his wife, children and dog, he is the proprietor of 'Rhino trikes' Motorcycle trike conversion specialists. Nick has appeared on TV a number of times as engineering expert 'Rhino' in the Popular Channel Four program: 'Scrapheap Challenge'. Nick's company: Rhino trikes has a credit on the International Movie Database for supplying vehicles to Northern Girl productions, for use in the feature film: 'The Zombie King' Starring Corey Feldman and Edward Furlong. In 2013, Nick began writing, at first just reliving old glories in a blog style, but very quickly he found his characters began to talk to him, at first just upholstering their bones with skin and muscle, later beginning to write their own dialogue. Now Nick doesn’t formally plan out a plot, preferring to just create a scenario, then letting the characters write the story themselves. Still working with trikes and custom bikes, Nick now rides a customized Harley Davidson 1450 Dyna-glide sport. Nick writes in English. Some of the words and spellings he uses are different from US English, but that is just part of the charm! He doesn't write about Lords and Ladies, he doesn't even write about London, preferring instead never to venture inside the M25 (London ring road) but his writing is nevertheless quintessentially English, but with a real transatlantic feel.
