Since leaving the London Film School in the mid-seventies David has worked mainly as a freelance director, producer, teacher and more recently as a writer. Other life experiences have included: teaching in Saudi Arabia, a freelance photographer and drama teacher in London, directing a music promo in Findhorn, working in a tin mine in Australia and most famously, singing for forty minutes with Otis Redding in a mini cab! The Paradigm Shift was initially conceived in a dream and originally written by David as screenplay, which evolved over many years! Strangely, the dream was also instructing him to get the story made into a feature film. The book was subsequently written to get the story out to a wider audience and to stimulate interest from inspired visionary producers or like-minded individuals who think the project worthy. Although David is presently working on his second novel, he is still committed to getting the story transformed into a movie! David lives with his wife Linda near Cambridge, England and has two children.
