Since George and I have moved a great deal, we have been a part of many different churches. When I first started to study these two subjects we were in a church where Christians were constantly “breaking curses” off each other and “casting demons out” of each other as their solutions to their problems. Whether it was sexual problems, financial, interpersonal, mental, or prayer problems, the answer was to break it off or cast it out. It was in the midst of this barrage of problems that the Lord opened my eyes to His truth concerning curses and demonic habitation within Christians. Jesus said, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). Let us be students of the truth. Confronting the Wind is a systematic biblical treatise discussing the subjects of curses, demonology, and New Testament living. What are generational curses?
