Synopsis

A Near-Death Experiencer describes the process of transition and transformation in consciousness we experience as we leave our body and return to our spiritual home, and introduces the practice of the Art of Conscious Dying. Based on ancient funerary texts, distilled from multiple religions, the author brings the concept full circle to teach us how to practice dying before we die in order to be better prepared for the experience of Illumination at death. The method is non-denominational and may be integrated into any belief system using meditation, guided imagery and a personal Transition Guidebook to keep us on track during our journey home. The author came back from the other side with a mission to help others overcome fear of death. With this, her second book about our spiritual rebirth, she offers this information to all of us so our lives will always be filled with peace and joy!
