Janice Ferebee, MSW, is an internationally recognized personal development speaker, author, award-winning female empowerment expert, and two-time DC elected official, with a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy & Practice (SP2). She is the founder & Chief Woman Warrior (CWW) of Ferebee Enterprises International, LLC, a global female empowerment social enterprise, best know for its award-winning GOT IT GOIN' ON(R) brand. With over 40 years' expertise, Janice has the distinction of being featured on BET Teen Summit, The Oprah Winfrey Show and is a 2003 ESSENCE Award Winner for her award-winning GOT IT GOIN' ON(R) (GIGO) empowerment brand and program for Black girls, and, she was the first African American Models Editor for Seventeen Magazine (NYC).
