Synopsis

Caught by a Cat [Not a Childrens' Book] is a police procedural with more twists than a politician's campaign promises, as two detectives figure out how to nail the crooks they know are guilty, even as the guilty parties themselves become victims.

Though the author, Tim Kern, has been published hundreds of times, this is his first full-length novel.
