Dana Lyons was inspired to write The Tree while on a camping trip in the Pacific Rainforest. Widely known for his best-selling book and song, Cows With Guns, Dana is a frequent international performer, often appearing with Dr. Jane Goodall. Dana s inspiring work reflects the majesty of our planetary home and the beauty of those who share it with us. When not on tour, he lives with his cat Oliver in Bellingham, WA.
