Biographie de l'auteur

Becky A. Davis, formally a Regional VP in retail left corporate America to start her own company. For over 20 years, she has consistently built successful teams by applying what she now calls her Leadership Transformation System. After years of being asked by other managers how she achieved results and kept her teams engaged and motivated, she decided to share her successful steps with other peers and leaders. After helping so many people within the organization, she decided to extend her reach and touch as many lives and leaders as possible by starting her own consulting firm, M.V.P.work where she teaches her Leadership Transformation System using a model called the Platinum Triangle. Becky helps leaders and organizations engage employees, and improve performance to produce profits. In addition to her training sessions, Becky is a speaker, leadership transformation coach and consultant. She is also a wife and mother.
