Creating a system for successfully supervising and evaluating the entire teaching staff of a school district is a daunting task. An effective system-wide program can only be achieved if the administrators, teachers and the teachers' association understand and attend to the educational, legal, public relations (political), and social-emotional (E.L.P.S.) of supervision and evaluation. Time and money have forced many districts to cut corners on such programs. Teacher Evaluation That Works!! offers practical and effective methods for evaluating educators based on current research and the experiences of a number of educators in some of the country's top school districts. This book, utilizing real life examples and Dr. Ribas' vast knowledge and experience of the subject, provides districts with the tools to systematically and cost effectively assess and revise their supervision and evaluation programs so they successfully address the educational, legal, political, and social-emotional (E.L.P.S.) areas.
