Michelle began to better understand the importance of targeting interests and needs of individuals through writing and creative pursuits in corporate America beginning in 1985. Mind, body, soul health became a more pressing need when she decided to strike out on her own in 1996 as a Wholistic Professional and Writer. She was led to Asheville, NC in 2009 where her roots date back to the 1700’s. This is where she established a successful wholistic and integrative practice and collaborations that focus on clients, students and communities finding their voices. In addition, Michelle is a college instructor specializing in English studies and College Transfer Success. Michelle has an eclectic background with mind over matter solutions specialties that include: Doctor of Clinical Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy, Self-Hypnosis, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming), Acupressure Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, and Writing Coaching. Her academic work includes: teaching college English and College Transfer Success, a Master of Arts in English specializing in Rhetoric, Composition and Professional and Technical Writing, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts, and various writing projects in academia. Other studies include how personality patterns are influenced by Astrology, Numerology, and Birth Order.
