With degrees in English (BA), international business (MBA), and organization and management (Ph.D.), Jeff Gauer has lived and worked all over the world using his talents and experience to improve business and the workplace. Organizations that Dr. Gauer has advised include the US Department of Labor, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ingersoll-Rand, the International Monetary Fund, Unicom International, and The World Bank Group. Jeff has been a professional musician; a full-time foreign missionary; an international sales and marketing executive; and a college instructor. Dr. Gauer also served as a commissioned officer in the US Army Intelligence Corps and is a member of Mensa (The High IQ Society). As a manager and educator, Jeff specializes in organizational strategy and invisible disabilities in the workplace.
