It is being published posthumously after Dr. Thinds departure from this world on September 15, 1967, to his Heavenly Abode. He had intended to dedicate this book to his father and teacher, Boota Singh Thind. Dr. Thind was deeply influenced by his fathers benevolence toward his fellow human beings and his deepest love of the Almighty God. Dr. Thind was inspired by his fathers spiritual accomplishments, which left an indelible impression on the authors mind. He followed his fathers legacy throughout his entire life, and built on it. Dr Bhagat Singh Thind was born in the state of Punjab, India, in 1892 and educated at Klalsa college in Amritsar. His early teachers were the Sikh pundits of his community, especially his father, Sardar Boota Singh Thind, whose living example and spiritual teachings left an indelible blueprint to the knowledge of God, and whose legacy Dr Thind spent a lifetime fulfilling. He became inspired to visit the United States to fulfil his destiny as a spiritual teacher upon reading the works of Emerson, Whitman, and Thoreau.
