K. Neill Foster (1935-2006) had a diverse career as pastor, teacher, evangelist and publisher. His cross-cultural preaching and teaching ministries took him to more than twenty countries of the world for missionary and national workers' conferences. An ordained minister, he held a B.Th. from Canadian Bible College, an M.Miss from Canadian Theological Seminary and an M.A. and a Ph.D. from the School of World Mission in Pasadena, California. His writing includes numerous academic articles, booklets and six books, including this one.

An ordained minister with The Christian and Missionary Alliance, Dr. Paul L. King has been a pastor, professor, university administrator, conference speaker, church leadership consultant, and author of 11 books. He holds a Doctor of Theology (Th.D.) from the University of South Africa and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Oral Roberts University. He teaches seminars on the Holy Spirit, revival, healing, spiritual warfare, the higher Christian life, and leadership training.
