"Good is the Enemy of Great" is a simple, straight-forward book on how to make your life better. Do you want to achieve more? Reach your goals? Have a better outlook on life? Better relationships? Set the bar higher and have more success in your business and personal life?
Someone once said, “Good enough sucks!” It really does, especially if you are capable of much more. Why settle for a slice of the pie, when you can get the whole damn thing? This book is the recipe for getting that whole pie. A true road map for achieving greatness in every part of your life.
This easy read will inspire you to not settle for “good enough” and strive for greatness in everything you do. It's for everyone who wants to achieve more and reach new heights. Achieving greatness means you recognized there was room for improvement. It’s a by-product of repeating the process of getting better and I’ll show you how.
It’s not difficult at all to go from good to great. You only have to worry about getting better at what you do. If you consistently improve, greatness will happen naturally.
This book, Good Is the Enemy of Great, describes that process and gives you the road map to achieving it. Good Enough Sucks! Don't Suck.
Be Great!!!

I DON'T WANT TO SUCK!! Thanks for re-energizing me and reminding me of what everyone is capable of... GREATNESS. “
-- Mike Schmenger
I think the whole concept of what you’re writing. It applies to sports and everyday life. I like that you use it in different ways and examples far as sports, relationships, work, etc. This can apply to everyone and I think at some point we feel we have done enough when there is more that can be done. My favorite quote was where you stated when we use the word enough it sounds more could be done. That's so true! I had to sit and really think about that after I read that sentence.
Also, the levels of which you state about Good, Better, Best, and Great are on point. I think there is no way to go from Good to Great without hitting all those levels first. Then once you are great, staying there and working hard to greatness.
