The Wizard's Way is Tobias Beckwith's third book. His "Beyond Deception, Volumes 1 & 2" have been best sellers in the world of magic and magicians. A life spent in the performing arts - first as a college instructor, then on the production and management teams of such long running New York hits as The Fantasticks and Sweeney Todd, gives Beckwith a unique perspective, both on the business of the arts, and on the art of business. He has spent the past 25 years managing and producing shows for magical performance artists Marco Tempest and Jeff McBride, which has provided him with unique insights into the many methods and uses of deception in the world both inside and outside entertainment. Finally, a life-long fascination with the workings of the human mind, perception, influence and some more esoteric human pursuits including shamanism, hermetics and various yogic practices combine with the author's other interests to make him uniquely suited as a researcher and purveyor of the stories and practices of true wizardy.
