Elinor Verna Selig Lecouffe Roberts was born July 9, 1932 at home in Port Medway, Nova Scotia. She attended public school in Port Medway, then left to see the world, travelling to many countries. She lived in Rensselaer, New York for ten years and Homer, Alaska for ten years. She is now retired in Long Cove (three miles from her hometown of Port Medway) where she is enjoying her five children, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren and writing her second book.
