Equipping Them to Lead is a dynamic resource for ministry that serves to supply Christian educators, young adult leaders, pastors and others with the necessary tools to equip the saints for life-changing ministry opportunities for young adults, approximately 18 to 30 years old, across the globe. Equipping Them to Lead offers you an in depth view into Young Adult Peer Ministry through three primary lenses: Identification, Implementation and Evaluation. This model will direct your focus towards: discovering and embracing your call; identifying the needs of young adults in today s society and building the necessary foundations and implementation strategies for a successful program. The author, Reverend Dr. Milondra Coleman, takes you on a journey of her experiences as she implemented a Young Adult Peer Ministry program in an African American Church. Equipping Them to Lead not only offers a systematic outline for developing a Young Adult Peer ministry in your setting, it also identifies and shares future considerations through detailed summaries and analyses of qualitative data.
