In SECOND CHANCES, Chuck Gallagher comes clean about his past, his mistakes, and what they taught him as he rebuilt his life. Although Gallagher enjoyed a good life and a steady job, greed got the better of him, and little by little, he began to steal from his clients. It was only a matter of time before his choices caught up to him. After his stunning and public fall from the graces of his community, Gallagher describes his life in prison, the things he missed out on, and the steps he took to make things right. His inspiring story focuses on how anyone can take their worst moments of life and transform them into a better opportunity.

Chuck Gallagher, business executive, author and speaker, understands the challenges of business from both a growth and ethics perspective. As a professional speaker, Chuck has been featured in Business Week, New Perspectives, and other print publications as well as served as a guest on CNN, CBS, NPR, and various TV stations. Gallagher came from humble beginnings, being raised by a single parent in the projects. More recently, however, he has led his region in over $40 million in sales with 125 sales representatives in a public company. Now he is Chief Operating Office in a national private company. Gallagher is a sought-after speaker, as his programs help employees increase their performance and skills while realizing the ramifications of their ethical choices. At twenty-six, Gallagher became tax partner at a CPA firm and was one of only three CPAs in the country asked to testify before the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee on a new employee benefits provision of the tax law. He has authored numerous articles for national publications and has developed several continuing professional education (CPE) seminars, which he has taught with passion and a flair that audiences loved. In the middle of a rising career, Gallagher lost everything because he made some bad choices. He has since rebuilt his career and is now enjoying the success he once did. With more vulnerability than the average keynoter, Gallagher shares with his audiences his life journey, the consequences of his unethical choices, and how life gives you a second chance when you make the right choices. Second Chances outlines the journey down and the recovery back, demonstrating that you can turn adversity into opportunity and then success. Having captured the attention of audiences from coast to coast, Chuck is an inspirational motivational speaker with a dynamic choices and ethics message. As a business ethics speaker and sales motivational speaker, Chuck’s business and personal experiences over thirty years provide a powerful framework for presentations, workshops, and consulting. Chuck understands the business and ethical challenges facing organizations today, whether corporate, government, or associations.
