How do the Wealthy protect themselves - and even prosper from - from market and economic changes? It’s a fact: today’s economy is very different from the economy of just a few years ago. Unemployment is up, wages are down, and the U.S. is no longer the dominant force in world economics and financial markets that it once was. The thing is, change is as normal and natural as breathing. Throughout history, those who have recognized and adapted to change have risen above the rest. Doing that requires knowledge along with specific tools to put you in the right position at the right time. Most people tend to think that financial success, and the ability to prosper even in difficult times is a matter of luck or privilege. Not true - many of the wealthiest and most successful investors in the world are ordinary people who simply took the time to educate themselves in time-tested methods and strategies for recognizing and adapting to economic forces and changes when they happen. In this book, you’ll learn: - Why you should stop listening to mutual funds and investment advisors - How to watch the markets for changes in direction - How to make smart investment decisions, no matter whether the market is up or down - How to develop a successful, businesslike approach to your investments
