Gary Crouth began working with RCRA hazardous waste regulations shortly before they became effective in 1980 and became a national RCRA expert, particularly in hazardous waste characterization. After practicing for 30 years as an environmental engineer, Gary bid adieu to corporate life and is currently living in Pittsburgh, PA, working as a musician, writer, and community activist. Gary Crouth holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from Clarkson University.
