Historical fiction set in World War II England. Having escaped German spies, Jill, her little sister Enid and Enid's pet tortoise Tuppence are lost in war torn England. Patsy Romack is a retired elementary school teacher who enjoyed reading chapter books to her students. She was born in Cambridge, England, attended Edinburgh University in Scotland, and now lives in Anchorage, Alaska. This is her first children's book.
