A resident of Philadelphia for more than 60 years, Bill has been an instructor and guest -lecturer at Temple and Drexel Universities, has conducted classes in real estate investment at community colleges throughout the Delaware Valley, as well as a guest speaker and instructor for many nationally know real estate investment programs and clubs across America. He has taught or consulted over 10,000 students over the course of his career in the real estate investment field. Bill has authored 5 real estate investment books and recorded over 18 educational and motivational CDs. As Chairman of Cora, a nonprofit agency which helps nearly 18,000 children and families every year, Bill spends a lot of time giving back since Cora's inception over 45 years ago. Bill is also very involved in the PEW Foundation's Inglis House, which is home to over 300 residents with various physical challenges. He serves on the board of The Starting Point, started by Vincent De Pasquale, -another nonprofit located in New Jersey, dedicated to the marginal denizens of society. Bill is the founder and president of the -American Real Estate Institute (AREII), a company specializing in the education of real estate investors throughout the Delaware Valley Tri-Sate area (PA, NJ DE). AREII teaches real estate investments - through intensive training programs, network mentoring, and specialized programs for for -investors interested in specific real estate strategies such as, sheriff sales, tax sales foreclosures, lease options, rent-to-own, and discounted mortgages. As a well-known lecturer and instructor, Bill is widely recognized as an exemplary trainer of -trainers. As an investor, Bill has dealt with -hundreds of properties, with a portfolio consisting of large commercial properties and residential units. Author of the highly successful "Brink of Bankruptcy," and "The Power Withn," Bill conducts symposiums and seminars to his many thousands of students and the general public. He holds 2 hour, 1 and 2 day workshops on the inner -workings of the powerful concepts covered in the books. In addition, he conducts an annual retreat at the Weston Priory in Vermont, where he takes a limited amount of people for a week for a spiritual pilgrimage. Bill continues to be a highly sought after lecturer in the Philadelphia and South Jersey Metropolitan areas.
