À propos de l'auteur

Dr. Hatala is presently an Assistant Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology in the Human Resource Development Program, a Senior Research Fellow at the Uni- versity of Ottawa and an Adjunct Professor at Louisiana State University in the School of Human Resource Education and Workforce Development. He is also the founder of the social capital development firm Flowork International. His research has focused on the transition towards re-employment, job search, human resource development, social capital, career and organizational development.
