She teaches from a practical standpoint that challenges believers to evaluate their spirituality from a Biblical perspective. She received her Doctorate in 2001. Dr. Roscoe is an educational commissioner for the Texas Southwest Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ, an instructor at two Bible institutes and a certified faith-based crisis counselor.
