Synopsis

À propos de l'auteur

While working full-time as an Assistant Professor at Medgar Evers College in New York, part-time in her law practice, and meeting the demands of a new mother, Racquel Brown Gaston found time in the most silent hours - when most people are asleep - to complete her first novel: "Deadly Instincts," a suspense/thriller. Racquel was born in Falmouth, Trelawny, Jamaica. At age 14, she migrated to Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. Shook by the culture and socio-economic change, Racquel developed her imaginary world as a means of escape. She attended Boston University, and studied International Relations. She then attended the University of Miami, School of Law, and completed her final year at Brooklyn Law School as a visiting student. With her devoted husband's nudging her to pursue her dreams as a writer, Racquel decided to share her gift of storytelling. She resides in Maryland with her husband and son.
