He has worked in business and industry leading to positions as department head of engineering for a number of capital equipment manufacturers. He is a licensed professional engineer, holds a BS in mechanical engineering degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive Master of Technology Management (EMTM) degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
